Hi, pretty new on these forums, haven't taken the time to look around until now.

I have been using Altaire's Reseller and Dedicated services since May 2006. I was contracted by a company that have been with Altaire for several years, and have just recently signed myself up as a Reseller paying yearly. I hope to outgrow this at some point, and save up for a server to colo.

I am very pleased with the quality of service, especially from the support team. They even saved my bacon on one occasion whereby I accidentally deleted an account in H-Sphere, which I didn't have a recent backup of!

Just discovered the "logacall" thing so won't need to bug Jon on the phone so much now!

Please never become a sell-out Altaire!
